"We enjoyed our stay very much! The front view from the house was unobstructed an it was beautiful & serene. We really enjoyed swimming from the house using the fire place & jacuzzi. The boating was great & we ventured out on a new route every day. The house was great, very clean with pleasant decor. i"
"The property/house/area was gorgeous! We had 9 adults and 7 kids under the age of 5. There was more than enough room for us to be together, but if anyone need to escape the chaos, they could. Lake Norris is beautiful and especially clean. Bring floats because you cannot touch the bottom. We rented a boat and couple of jet skis, which added to the fun. If there was any criticism, it would be; if you want to do anything away from the house, it will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to get there, depending on what you want to do. BUT, there is golfing, rock climbing, a beach area, restaurants, and museums within the 2 hour radius! We would absolutely book again. "

"I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan on to get the heat out but turn it off if you want to keep bugs out. We stayed when it was fairly cool outside; I can imagine it’s unbearably hot in the summer upstairs. The listing pictures do not accurately depict the many, many steps to the dock that are very steep and rickety. I’m glad we didn’t have our dog or any toddlers with us; they would not have been able to use the steps. It was “clean enough” - don’t look under the furniture. Lots of ticks, which is expected in the area but some basic weed eating and trimming would help. "
