“We’ve stayed twice at this Best Western. We love the location on the shores of Lake Huron & the bonfire & s’mores at night.
Our room was an outside entrance & a bit cramped inside, but all was clean.
Breakfast was very good.”
“Fint hotell där samtliga rum har utsikt mot vattnet och vågorna hörs slå mot land om man har balkongdörren öppen. Trevlig hjälpsam personal och tillgång till gratis shuttle till båten som kör till Mackinac island.
Fiskmåsar utanför hotellrummet kunde vara lite närgångna eftersom vissa hotellgäster matar dom trots att det står skyltar att det är förbjudet.”
“The breakfasts were outstanding. Fresh croissants and coffee cakes each morning. Coffee and a selection of juices. Fresh fruits and more. The grounds are beautiful! The rooms have all been remodeled. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The porter handling our luggage to and from the ferry was a rock star! Outstanding hotel.”
“We had a delightful stay. We got the room with 3 beds and there was so much space in the room. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings. The staff was so helpful with all of our questions and the shuttle service from the hotel to the ferry was so convenient.”

Your front office team is very friendly and fun, as are your housekeeping team and all the staff at the grill and breakfast restaurant. We were very comfy in your rooms and if we get back to the U.P., we will look into staying here again. ❤️❤️❤️”
“The hotel has a beautiful view of the bridge and great pool. It is dated - it’s part of its charm. This time when we stayed the mustiness in the room was icky. We have stayed before in cooler weather with no problem- but this time it kinda stunk- literally. But it was very clean. Just really needed to be aired out.”
“The cabin was really cute! However, the furniture in the living space was old and gross! We didn’t really feel comfortable even sitting on it. The floors did not look swept as there was food crumbs all over the floor, and huge spider webs in the corners of the walls. The bathroom appeared clean which was a relief! The outside light and all around the door was covered in webs and bugs which a huge turn off. The location is great- right across the street from the lake and the ferry and walkable...
