“My stay here was very, very good, and I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Communication was always quick and efficient, and whenever I had a question or needed anything or had an issue, they were happy to help. The beach is absolutely beautiful and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places to eat within easy reach, which made it...

“My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation.”

“We arrived at the hotel on New Year’s Eve and were not informed in advance that the only restaurant open was a mandatory New Year’s Eve buffet. All other restaurants were closed. This left us with no alternative and we were forced to attend the buffet at a cost of 150 EUR per adult and per child, which felt unreasonable and poorly communicated. I arrived after a full day of travel with four children, and check-in took 45 minutes to almost an hour. The staff were initially unfriendly and...
