“New building they’re clean and there is a free car parking in the basement”

“My stay was exceptional thanks to the incredibly helpful and respectful staff, especially Rami, whose kindness and service truly stood out. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the 24-hour reception added extra security. The area was lively and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I return to Lebanon.”

“Was good enough , location is good”

“lovely and kind staff, great hospitality”

“Jätte trevlig personal, bra service. Man känner sig som familj. Rent och bra läge. Rummen lite slitet men perfekta utrymme med allt man behöver och extra.”

“The staff at the hotel need a charm education. We never received a "hello" or a welcoming smile from any of the staff, either it was the front desk staff, lady in red, the doormen, the cleaning staff or the security staff. They either tried to avoid eye contact or simply didn't bother. We never felt at home at the hotel, as a so called 5 star hotel suppose to make you feel (or any other hotel for that matter). Will never stay at this hotel again. ”

“The room was reasonably clean, but it could definitely have been better. The curtains weren’t practical at all. Unlike the usual setup, you have to open all of them just to get out onto the balcony. They’re not really curtains—I don’t even know what to call them—but they just weren’t good.”
