The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. “You get what you pay for, but the condition of the hotel and rooms are not as advertised. ”

“I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. ”

“The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud.”
