“Good AC/HEAT, decent space for five to six people, nice for your $, if there was one downside it would be that there were a few stains on the futon. They supplied dishes, plates, cutlery, etc. Overall a good stay, and we’d bring a sheet to put over the futon to sleep on it. ”

“The staff were friendly and I liked parking right in front of your room/train car. The mattresses were all uncomfortable- that’s my main complaint. There’s not a lot of space in the room but that is to be expected because it’s a train car. You go for the uniqueness of the stay not for the 5 star amenities. My kids loved watching the Strasburg railroad train go by. The restaurant there is pretty good and the servers were all excellent and friendly. You can see the train from the restaurant...

The owners were extremely helpful and friendly 🙏 We stayed in one of the cottage, and the views were one of the most beautiful places we’ve seen. And right in the middle of the Amish community! So that was really a unique and fun experience, 10/10!”

“Prisvärt hotell som ligger mitt ute i ingenstans. Finns en Dunkin Donuts ett par hundra meter från hotellet samt en bensinstation som säljer en hel del livsmedel. Bra frukost ingår och gratis trådlöst internet som jag klockade upp på 7 mbps, så det var kul! Vi reste hela famlijen 2 vuxna, 2 barn och rummen var stora och rymliga så det är inga problem att bo alla i samma rum.”

“Room was DISGUSTING! Not fit for human occupancy!!! Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow case, floors not mopped and showers had mold and mildew everywhere. We had a large group stay at this hotel and all had a similar experiences. Take all the sheets and burn them!”

“We stayed here on our way to OC, Maryland 30 years ago & property is the same (70’s decor). It’s clean and hot water was extremely hot. It’s great for showers but be aware for small children.”
