“Room, cleanliness, staff, service, location- all excellent. Only thing that was annoying was the air conditioning unit in the room (noisy so couldn’t keep the fan running all night for air flow). A bit noisy outside to keep the window open. Otherwise, great spot. ”

“The property is impeccably clean, tidy and maintained. Everything is also very pretty. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the two rooms and has everything you need. Sue and Al are great hosts. Breakfast was delicious. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Patterson theater and 5 minutes more to the festival theater. The walk is very pleasant through the neighborhood and along the river. We would certainly stay there again and can highly recommend it. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful cottage, to be close to St. Mary's Golf and Country Club for our daughter's wedding. Carly's attention to details are incredible. If you need something, I'm sure she has it in a basket somewhere near by. The cottage is very comfortable inside and out. The cleanliness was impeccable. We had outdoor games to play, a fire table, a natural fire and lots of comfortable outdoor seating to use. The cottage was spacious and the beds are very comfortable. ...

“Great overnight stay one minute from the Avon Theatre. Nice to be able to walk around town. Staff are all warm, friendly, professional and very helpful. Rooms are large, high ceilings, clean - mattresses on beds are on the firm side. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent - steaks and wine by the glass are fabulous, apps, salads delicious. A great stay. Would recommend. Thank you!”
