It was very hot in the room. Even though the gas fireplace was not on, it released some heat. We had to open both windows at night to let some air in and it was so noisy on the street even in the early hours of the night. At 4 am there were still some noisy vehicles going by. I am also annoyed that I paid in advance for 2 rooms, but I put one under my friends name. They had a medical emergency the night before so couldn't come. I was not able to get a refund as per Expedia and your hotel, but I got all the emails to Nancy as well as to me as the reservation was under me. I paid for both rooms but I wasn't given access to the second room. They would not give me the access code. I would have liked to have seen both rooms and decide which one I wanted since I paid for both. They would not give me access. How do I know that they did not resell the room, when I already paid for it. The room itself was nice and it was conveniently located to things, but I would try your sister hotel, the Windsor instead if I chose to use your services again. As for staff, we only saw a gentleman at our hotel as we were leaving. There was no staff otherwise that we saw.
