âI just love the Victorian setting. It was nice and clean. I also love the location downtown close to shops and everything.

âRecently renovated hotel. Everything was new and it suited us just fine. Had a great breakfast and the room was clean. Pool and workout area were also nice. The only downfall, and itâs minor. But, the hallways werenât swept the entire time we were there and the same dirt, dog hair and food were there the entire stay. But, this hotel was very nice! It was great for our family!â

âStaff was so kind and friendly, stayed here a night to catch a flight and parked my car here for the week. Parking for a week costs $30 and is only 5mins away from the airport super convenient â
âSuper friendly and accommodating staff! Without hesitation they gave us late checkout at 1:00pm, made me a tea even though breakfast was over, and the best surprise of all was at the bar if you order a drink, they offer you complimentary bags of chips! You would never find that type of offer where Iâm from in Toronto. We will definitely recommend this hotel!â
âA good base from which to explore London. We were visiting Banting House as a large family group with a 1 year old. The infant cot provided was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the pool were great. â
