“The staff were kind, warm , present and thoughtfully made a wonderful guest experience. There was privacy , the breakfast was well prepared and brought to the room each day at the requested time. The room was lovely and the onsite restaurant and staff complimented the entire experience with a sophisticated menu and well prepared meals. “Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day. But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded. Room and breakfast nice though. ”

“Very clean accommodations and a very kind and friendly host in Lisa. Nice breakfasts prepared by Lisa in a cozy dining and living room area. We really appreciated the hot tub at the end of a day after a long hike. Great location on the ski hill. The beds themselves need to be updated as they are saggy in the middle and rather uncomfortable. ”

“I stayed at here on a whim in December ‘25 on an early ski trip to Stratton & Killington, looking for a spot that wouldn’t break the bank. Got a whole lot more than I bargained for! Eggs & bacon for breakfast, super cozy cabin, great hospitality, and good recommendations. New owners Ali & Lane are hard at work investing more and more into the place and I can’t wait to go back in the summer. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an unfussy stay with rustic charm and super-welcoming owner/operators.”
