The strong musty smell made the environment feel unhealthy. I woke up feeling ill, and my oldest child’s asthma flared up. We contacted the hotel after our holiday regarding compensation. The management replied but refused any kind of resolution. This stay was uncomfortable and far from the safe, clean, and comfortable environment we expected. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. "
