“This was a fairly brand new hotel that just opened recently in Steamboat Springs. It’s in a great area where you see the ski resorts from the pool/hot tubs and in front more mountains plus the Yampa River across the street. City Market, Safeway, Starbucks, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, dominos were all a walk away. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great. There was a lot going on and the hotel was packed but you wouldn’t have known because it was super quiet...

“Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.”

“Small room. Incredibly small bathroom. Needed help getting the TV to work. No real instructions. Pretty much bare minimum. Convenient to downtown is about all it has going for it.”

“I liked that this didn't seem like a "run-of-the-mill" Holiday Inn! (Not that I object to them, but it was interesting to stay in a more unusual facility.) I had liked the way it looked online, and it was well represented. This hotel is on an expansive campus, with indoor and outdoor pools. It's also out of the town, which we liked.
