Perfekt Weekend Getaway
En hotellpärla med fantastisk personal samt omgivning. Vi åkte på en tjejhelg och bokade hotellet för det fina spat vilket var toppen. Mötes av fantastisk service redan på tågstationen och sedan höll det i sig hela helgen. Frukosten var magisk och utsikten över sjön likaså. Rummet samt sängarna var toppen. Sov så gott. Åt ej middag men drack mycket goda lokala viner i baren som en sommelier rekommenderade. Hikingen i områden var toppen. Staden Stresa - ok. Finns en del härliga ställen. Öarna - fina men lite turistigt. Baveno - inte så många bra restauranger. Kommer absolut tillbaka.

En natt under genomresa.
Mycket vackert hotell med god service och mycket trevlig personal.ligt att se en så vcker gammal "villa". Allt var tillbelåtenhet . Det enda man kan säga är orten Sresa inte är något vidare. Alldeles för mycke turister och tingel tangel. Håller man sig på hotellet och omnejd störrs man ej av detta!! Absolut värt en eller ngra nätter på detta hotell.

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is showing its age and needs a good renovation soon. However, it didnt spoil our experience. The views from the hotel and the room make up for any drawbacks. The service was top notch and all staff was very attentive and made you feel special. We would stay again when in Stresa.

Sehr schöne Lage, schöner Ausblick auf See und Inseln! Privater grüner Abschnitt direkt am See für Sönneln und Baden! Reichhaltiger Frühstück! Personal perfekt!!!!! Freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, einfach TOP, ALLE!!! Als Nachteile etwas weiter von Promenade und Zentrum gelegen, zu Fuss zwar gut erreichbar, aber keine gut abgegrenzte Fussgängerzone, was bei lebhafter Autostrasse etwas unangenehm macht. Aber es gäbe Shuttle vom Hotel ins Zentrum und zurück! Etwas zu pompöse und ältere Einrichtung, aber wer halt was mag! Bad könnte modernisiert werden, bzw. problematisch für ältere Leute mit hohem Bad (eine flache Dusche wäre besser)

Das Beste Hotel in Stresa
Es war unser Zehnter Aufenthalt 2022 in Stresa. Da die meisten Top Hotels schon geschlossen waren haben wir uns für das Aminta entschieden. Wir waren begeistert! Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine wunderschöne Suite mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und perfekt. Die Pflegeprodukte waren von LVHM. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hotel piacevole con vista spettacolare sulle isole. Buona la colazione. Servizio attento. Struttura pet friendly. Per quanto riguarda il Vip Access non è stato preso in considerazione e non ci è stato dato upgrade di camera anche se disponibile. Anche il vino in camera, previsto dal Vip Access, era stato dimenticato. Per il resto è stata un’esperienza gradevole.

It's living off of its old glory and location. The view is spectacular but other than that, it doesn't have much to offer. The property is outdated and lacks 5 star luxury throughout. The staffs were not trained properly (most seemed very young, under trained seasonal employees with lack of hospitality experience.) Concierge was clueless and the general manager was rude and inconsistent. The pool is too cold to swim (in late August) so our young children could not enjoy the area at all. Rooms are tiny and extremely outdated and dark. There is nowhere to walk around the property (hotel offers very limited shuttle service to and from Stresa) and it's really dangerous to cross the street to the lake side (corner traffic but no mirrors or crosswalk to ensure safety). Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and surprising this is a part of LHW.

Scott,Kindly be informed that we are so proud of our Young well trained staff who receive a lot of compliments please take a chance to check all the comments and reviews about our staff.We have been very sensitive to your remarks and that you didn’t appreciate all our efforts to homage you 2 room nights and applicate only 1 room night penalty over Cancelaltion of 2 rooms reservation for a total of 12 nights (caused by a mistake from yourside).Perhapse our explaination about the enormous damaged caused to the hotel of loosing 12 nights revenue during a peak season wasn’t clear enough to you despite all the efforts done from ourside, we hope that in the future none of our colleagues in other hotels have to go through such situation for a mistake done by yourself. Stunning location and views. Attentive staff. Courtesy bus was a good feature as a hotel is bit out of town. Breakfast hot food offering could be expanded a little bit more but quality of the food overall was good.

Does not merit the prices charged
I reserved the Junior Suite with a Lake view. The location and the view was amazing however the room does not merit the price of Euro 940. There is no separate Toilet. The bathroom was tiny. The air conditioning is very old so it was very noisy - starting and stopping with green flourescent light that could not be switched off so we slept badly. The decor is very tacky as walls are painted in cheap murals. The swimming pool is a funny shape with cheap loungers and only one person working at the pool. Next time, i prefer to go to Des iles Borromees which is at least a Grande Hotel with beautiful architecture. As i said, view of Isola del piscatore and views were wonderful. But, this is not the best hotel in Lake Maggiore

Very friendly staff and palatial public areas Bedrooms are a little tired. Walking distance to Stresa is around 30 mins and is partly on a busy road. Hotel does provide a shuttle bus.

The view from the balcony - simply magnifique!!! Fantastic gardens, direct access to the lake. Large pool. Staff very friendly. Our dod was treated like a princess. Will come back for sure.

établissement exceptionnel , personnel très gentil et attentionné, plage privative très appréciable , espace soin très agréable on a réservé "la grotte" pour nous deux pendant une heure ( jaccuzi, bain turcs , spas ) très beau souvenir
