  • Creek House är en retro-rustik tillflyktsort med lyxiga lodge-rörelser och plyschfaciliteter (inklusive gratis wifi och satellit-TV) - allt i en ultra-privat creekside-inställning. Detta lugna, fullt utrustade hus har design med en fjällstuga-känsla som tar dig tillbaka till en enklare tid. Dessutom är du nära alla de många attraktionerna som området har att erbjuda. På hösten och vintern kan du njuta av ljuden från en varm, knasande eld och bäcken rusar utanför ditt fönster, och rostade vänner och familj i stil, komfort och lugn. På våren och sommaren kan du fiska från din träbro, äta middag på den bakre bergsuteplatsen och sitta i cederträbotten. Det är vid bäcken och under stjärnorna! (Cedar Hot Tub NOT OPERATIONAL under sen höst / vintersäsong - 10/1 till ungefär 4/1)

Awesome place to stay, spent most of the weekend at the cabin except to grab food. Had candles lit and calming music when we first walked in. Absolutely a relaxing weekend. Had a great time

Stayed during July 4th weekend hoping to escape the fireworks for my dog & dad and it didn’t disappoint. It was a heatwave so I couldn’t use the hot tub which was the only bummer. The property is so peaceful and tranquil, my dog loved the walks to the lake and watching chipmunks. Everything is so thoughtful, there’s swings, benches and seating areas all around the property and the cabin is super cozy with all possible needs provided. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a lovely visit!

The cabin was awesome. Being right next to the creek was so relaxing. Sitting next to the creek and nature watching was so nice. A winery was only 3 minutes away and shopping 15 minutes away. Also, a trail that led to a pond with a floating dock with chairs was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We wanted a getaway to celebrate our 10-year anniversary and the property exceeded out expectations. We initially planned a day trip nearby for some hiking but upon arriving we decided to nix that and just enjoy the property to its fullest. The ambience of the property and the cabin was perfectly relaxing and we loved the extra touches and retro feel of the interior. We will definitely return and would recommend this property for a couple looking for some rest & relaxation. We took advantage of the hot tub, used the fire pit, grilled steaks, and enjoyed some DVD movies in the evenings. The nearby pond and mossy trails were also beautiful. We'll be back!

This is a serine getaway with a direct connection to nature. Close enough to go out and eat one night and stay in and grill the next night. The charm of the cabin and the property are better than described.

Superb location! Cozy cabin by a beautiful creek - amazingly peaceful. We are all our meals outside at the two different outdoor tables with the delightful sound of the creek as a backdrop. Saw Mallards, a Merganser Duck, Kingfishers, and even a River Otter. Enjoyed walking the little missy trail along the creek. A wonderful place - would definitely return!

This was a slice of woodland paradise! The cottage was adorable and immaculate! It had everything we needed at the cottage and Walmart delivered (we were on motorcycles so that was a bonus). The setting from the am coffee sitting listening to babbling Creek to the private sunbathing at the pond dock in the afternoons, was a perfect way to deplug and relax. We are looking at dates to rebook and stay longer! Thank you Big Al!

I highly recommend this little slice of heaven located in PA. You will not find a more relaxing, beautiful and tranquil property. From the pond, to the hot tub, the creek running directly beside the cabin is magical. We have been lucky that this was our second year at Big Al’s and can’t wait for our return. Although the Creekhouse is located encompassing nature, it is just a quick ride to the grocery store, casino and outlets. And the biggest draw for us is that Big Al’s loves our Chihuahua Daisy and Daisy loves the quick hike to the pond to watch the fish on the pier. We love you Big Al!!! Stephanie, Jim and Daisy

Absolutely everything was perfect. Our girls 5 and 2 absolutely loved it. We walked the trail several times a day! Great place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with the family.

Big Al’s Creek House is probably the best vrbo property that I have used.Besides being a perfect spot right on a beautiful stream the owner is very sensible as far as keeping things easy and simple. There’s not 5000 complicated rules just treat the cabin like you would your own and you will have a great stay at Big Al’s

Very happy with our stay at Big Al's! It was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The weather was beautiful, which made everything even better. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the hot tub was fabulous! We loved the picturesque pond at the end of the trail. It was such a peaceful spot. The 20 minute drive to Crystal Street was totally worth it for great food and treats. Cabin was well equipped.

Big Al’s Creekhouse was a beautiful cabin and an amazingly relaxing setting. The communication, check in and instructions book could not have been better. Cabin is nostalgic and comfortable, hot tub ideal and fire pit woodsy. Nice trails as well. The Appenzell creek the drifts by the cabin has a soothing flow, with active fish and is wonderful to just sit and let the world flow by. You won’t regret renting this place.

Fantastic place and property. It was truly a dream. Excellent location. Clean. Attentive to details. The property is absolutely breathtaking. It was wonderful. Worth the walk to the pond and to explore the property. We could see dozens of fish. The outdoor spaces were thoughtful. Hot tub was lovely. Inside was comfortable - all that you could need to stay in and cook if you desire. We hiked Buskhill & Hickory Run. The cabin is perfect place - no neighbors, quiet, gorgeous. Perfect!

It was our first time at Big Al's, and before we even left, I had already made a reservation for next year! This place is absolutely perfect for unplugging and unwinding. We stayed four days and had the best time fishing, relaxing in the hot tub, and cozying up by the fireplace. From the moment we walked in, soft music was playing, setting a peaceful mood.The creek by the cabin isn’t stocked, yet we caught eight wild brown trout right outside the cabin. A short walk along a beautiful mossy trail leads you to a pond where we caught several perch, bluegill, and bass. The natural surroundings and peaceful vibe make this a perfect getaway for anyone looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy some quality downtime.
