  • This newly renovated (inside and out) Penthouse 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium in the Pelican building at the Indian River Plantation has all the amenities to make your weekly or monthly vacation dreams come true. Grills are located next to the heated swimming pool for your BBQ fun. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, floaters, noodles, and boogie boards are in the unit for your use. A child pack-n-play is available in the room.
    There is a 70 inch HD flat screen TV in the living room with two other large flat screen TV`s in the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size Mattress and the second bedroom has a two new Twin beds and Mattresses. There is also Two EZ single automatic inflatable bed as well as an ottoman that turns into a single bed.
    The kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need to prepare all of your favorite meals.
    The front door has a push button locking system (no key required) so you will not have to meet anyone in person for access to the unit.
    Publix supermarket is 2 miles away. There are great Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, and Gyms located close by, wonderful Restaurants and Shops located in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area. Assigned under-building parking.
    Come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation in this beautiful newly renovated PENTHOUSE Oceanfront Condominium. This unit will sleep 6.

Had an excellent visit! The room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and a big balcony that provided a beautiful view of the beach. Some family came for a surprise visit, so we were even able to take advantage of the inflatable E-Z Beds (which were surprisingly easy to manage). I would gladly recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Beautiful condo with a stunning beach view! Well stocked with all the kitchen supplies and extra towels you could need. Just a few steps from the beach and a convenient grocery store just 1/2 mile from the condo. Some of the most comfortable bedding we ever experienced! We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony while taking in the ocean view. The owners thought of everything to ensure the perfect couples, family or friend getaway! Added plus is that owners were easy to communicate with and always prompt with their replies. Highly recommend and we plan to return soon with our family!

Great beach condo

Sunrises were spectacular from the balcony! Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean and perfect size for 4 people. The property was well kept and regularly cleaned including the pool, grills, elevator and all common areas. Highly recommend!! Will definitely book again.

Excellent Condo in equipment and location

The Condom has an excellent state of maintenance, very well equipped, which makes the stay very pleasant. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach and surroundings. The neighbors are very quiet which allows perfect relaxation and rest

Highly recommend this condo great location oceanfront can see sunrise and sunset Clean and was perfect for the 3 of us. Two bedroom two bathrooms. Very easy to get to great covered parking have your own spot. We had a great 2 week stay.

The location was great, the views were amazing. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and everything you need. The only downside is the laundry is not in the unit itself but is on the same floor just down the hall. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

relaxing stay

Apartment is comfortable for 4 with very large balcony for wonderful views of sunrise. beautiful beach right outside is not crowded at all, and great for long walks. Publix and bars are within 10 min drive. We especially liked the Magic Oyster bar, had great food there.

If you come back to the same place repeatedly, that means something.!

I have been in this Condo 3 times in the last 3 months, I have decided to return again and again because it fully meets my expectations, Stuart for a tourist outside the US is little known, but if you like a quiet place, Stuart is the place, but if your goal is shopping, you may be disappointed, in this Condo you will forget about shopping and rediscover nature.
