Walking in the door you can tell this place is special, from the view of the bar to the soft, stylish music, not to mention the decor. The staff is really nice and the place is immaculate. All accommodations are top notch from the curated room decor to the bidet and shower. Nothing here is ordinary and it will make you feel special just being here!”
“I'm glad I went here. I arrived at the bus station and took the 8 bus and walked. The employees were friendly. It opened three months ago. It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer.”

“The hotel was being renovated and unfortunately we were in an old hotel room which wasn’t super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast area, corridors, lobby and hotel exterior, all recently renovated, were very nice.”
“I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning.”
