Vårt 4000 kvadratmeter hem byggdes 2004. Det är vackert utrustade för att rymma upp till 15 personer! Vårt hem gränsar till den berömda Whitefish Dunes State Park med privat sandstrand. Det är inte direkt på vattnet, men vår privata sandstrand ligger bara 2 minuters promenad (eller 326 fot) från vår ytterdörr. Beläget i ett exklusivt, avskilt område, gränsar till en statspark (1000 tunnland park), men ändå bara 15-20 minuter från de pittoreska byaffärer. Vandra, cykla eller längdskidor rakt ut din ytterdörr!

Door County hideaway

Great spot to sit back and enjoy the cool breeze. Grands loved the beach and we all enjoyed the different towns up and down Door County.

Our family vacation

We had a great time here. The house had plenty of room for our family of 9. The beach is beautiful. The path to the private beach is a hick not good if you wanted to take things with you to the beach.

My family absolutely loved the large home with so many beds and bedrooms and a basement full of fun activities. The property manager Fred is absolutely wonderful to work with and very prompt on answering any text. We enjoyed walking to the sand dunes and to cave point. The house was clean and very roomy. Soundproofing was also good between the floors and being on the end of a dead end was the ultimate in a quiet getaway.

Great Family Getaway

The location was excellent, very close to state and County Parks, and just a short walk to the beach. It rained our first night, but we had so much fun in the game room that it didn't matter. Overall great experience.

Family Gathering

If you have a large group looking to get together in a beautiful part of the country, this is the place for you. Plenty of room with 6 bedrooms and easy access to a fantastic beach. The beach made our 2 year old grandson's day which allows small children to get in the shallow water or just play in the beautiful sand. The owner is responsive, flexible, and will do everything possible to make it an awesome stay.

This house provided everything we needed and Fred (the manager) was very responsive to our needs. Loved all the games in the rec room and the kids used them frequently. The beach can't be beat. The way to to the beach was a bit challenging. My 84 mother would not have been able to make it and at 72 it was rather difficult for me. Great place for a family of 10 and I would highly recommend it.

Beach + games

There was so much space for our multigeneration family vacation. The whole family loved the beach and the well appointed game room. The kitchen/family room was so roomy. We're already thinking about coming back for the fall colors and more fishing in the creek. The property manager was so timely with answers to questions.

Amazing location

What a perfect place to stay in Door County! There were nine of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was great, but the location and beach were absolutely amazing. Very quiet and private. The beach was one of the nicest we’ve been to in the US. The sand was so clean and soft. We had a lot of fun in the game room and just relaxing on the deck. Fred was a great host…responded quickly and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Terrific Beach

The property was nice, but a little run-down. Fred, the facility manager was very responsive to our issues. The downstairs bedrooms could use some curtains. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with lots of different options for the family. The best part was the beautiful, private beach.

Activities Galore

This property has too many great features to list them all. As a three generation family, ages 4 to 72, we found the large game room a big plus. Having access to a beautiful private beach was another. The home is very roomy, which suits a large family (or two?) very well. Just being in Door County is a big plus in itself. So many fun places to visit. Finally, the owner/host is very attentive to your needs

Summer vacation in Door County.

This property is amazing! Great neighborhood, great location to the beach, which is literally across the street, and great access to the neighboring state park. Very quiet, peaceful area. The majority of the traffic is people walking their dogs. We had a great time while at the property. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. The basement/game room was an added bonus. My girls loved it! This was also a great location to go exploring the rest of Door County. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Communication with the property manager was great. Hope to come back some day!

Spacious and excellent location

The house is very spacious for a family with grown children and toddlers. It was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the game room as well as the quiet beach. The kitchen was large enough to prepare meals for the group. It was listed; therefore not a surprise to us, but I’ve never rented a VRBO with such limited linens. Yes, we could have purchased the service but it was at an excessive price. While the house was perfectly laid out, there was a shift in the foundation that was extreme. The property manager was excellent with communication and accommodated our needs.

Great Family Getaway Spot

This newer, exceptionally clean home offers everything you'd want for a family getaway! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the entire group (note, there are 6 (!) bedrooms, including 2 in the lower level that contain 2 twin beds each and a queen bedroom in the upper level that also holds a bunkbed). The kitchen, dining table/area, and living space are open to each other and made for a great meal prep and comfortable visiting area. The game room in the lower level (air hockey, ping pong, pool, and more!) kept everyone engaged. The home's location was secluded and since it is right against the back side of Whitefish Dunes State Park, it provided easy access to the park's main hiking trail. The owner was personable and offered lots of great advice about places to go and things to see and do in Door County.

Great property, difficult walk to beach

The problem we encountered was that, while the walk to the beach is very short, it is up and down steep inclines and declines on a narrow path through the woods. If you have someone in your group who has knee problems, like my father, they will not be able to walk on this path. It is also not possible to take a wagon or stroller on the path. Other than that, the property was very nice, no complaints.
