Altitude & Weather: The house sits at approximately 5,100 feet. The weather here can be significantly different from nearby Deadwood or Sturgis, with a greater chance of snow and wind, even when it's clear in town. Please check the local mountain forecast and come prepared.
Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property monitoring the exterior and driveway.
On-Property Gold Mine: There is a real, historic gold mine on the property for you to explore. Please be aware that it is about a 200-foot hike from the driveway over rough, natural terrain to reach it. Proper footwear is recommended.
