They don't have any breakfast, they order in from a place nearby so you have to inform 15 minutes in advance and eat in your room.

We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip.
That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience.
