El Rincón de Denver consists of two apartments in a two-story house, available as a whole or separately. Located in the historic fishermen’s quarter “Barrio de la Cuba,” you can enjoy the best views of the town with your family while having a barbecue on sunny days or watching the power of the sea through the picture window during a storm. When renting the upper floor, depending on the season, you may share the house with other guests staying downstairs.



The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by nature, where you can see the beach, donkeys, horses, cows, and enjoy quiet walks. Stroll to the beach or walk to the village center for daily shopping and to visit the area’s best clothing stores.



The space is designed so you feel at home and enjoy a pleasant stay on the Cantabrian coast.



We provide recommendations for local activities and attractions, yoga classes (on request with a minimum of 4 people), and surf lessons.



El Rincón de Denver blends rustic and modern styles, with attention to every detail for a unique experience.



Thanks to the recent renovation, the upstairs has its own entrance via an independent staircase and door, ensuring total privacy on each floor.
