We regret and we sorry that we have experienced some faults with our elevator during your stay but we called the technical team and they responded in 24 hours (limit time 48 hours) ant they fixed the problem . Regarding the children we present our apologies but we can not ask the grandparents to take their grandchildren in holidays . In our presentation we have mentioned all our condition and services we offer and also crystal clear that our property is catering for guest over 50 . Regarding the ice we apologies but here winter can be heavy with lot s of snow falls over night and very hard to have the possibility to clean the entire yard but we always keep clean the access ways.
