“Staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed for 9days and can not fault them. Whenever I need something you only need to ask. Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. But all in all 10/10💯”
“The room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. ”

“The hotel was really pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast was up to a very high standard. Receptionists and hotel staff as well as cleaning ladies were very friendly and extremely service minded. All in all my sister and I spent a lovely time there and would highly recommend this hotel. The price was reasonable and not to forget the warm water swimming pool and its surroundings. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. But is it the issue of customer why i have to do that.
