Note: There is a $50 charge per day to have the pool heated. (Pool is currently closed)

LIVING SPACES:

The main level of this home features a elegant entry room with a full-length mirror, elegant couches, and a coat closet. The large living room comes with three comfortable leather couches, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (Ask us to provide you with firewood if you`d like!) and a flatscreen TV screen, where you can enjoy a movie night together with family. Board games and children`s books ensure that the kids are kept busy while the adults have their fun.

KITCHEN AND DINING:

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with dishware and flatware, pots and pans, and a coffee machine. State-of-the-art appliances make meal prep a breeze. The beautiful dining room is large and airy and can comfortably seat 16 people and is equipped with 2 high chairs.

BEDROOMS:

Primary suite: Located on the main level, the primary suite includes a large master bedroom with a seating area with a bay window that overlooks the side yard, and a brand-new bathroom.
Bedroom 2: On the upper level, this bedroom comes with two twin beds and a seating area, as well as a closet that has hangers and a luggage rack.
Bedroom 3: On the upper level, this bedroom has two twin beds and a closet with hangers and a luggage rack.
Bedroom 4: This adorable bedroom has a bunk bed and a closet with hangers and a luggage rack.
Bedroom 5: This whimsical kids bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a closet, as well as lots of space for the trundle bed if extra beds are needed.

BATHS:

Bathroom 1: Across the front door and right near the coat closet, this beautiful half-bath has easy access.
Bathroom 2: This half-bath and laundry room has a door that lead directly to the pool area. (Pool is currently closed)
Bathroom 3: In the master suite, this updated bathroom has a tub/shower combination and double vanity.
Bathroom 4: On the upper level, this updated bathroom has a tub/shower combination and single vanity.

OUTDOORS:

Enjoy the serene manicured grounds, including a beautiful well-kept front yard
and large private backyard which boasts a playground that kids will love and patio with furniture that seats 6 and a BBQ grill, available seasonally. The sparkling in-ground pool is fully gated for your privacy and has daybeds as well as a pool house.
The pool is available from around May 15 to around September 1. Ask us if you`d like the pool for a different date- we might be able to accommodate. The pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week. (POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED)

The entire home is available for guests. Relax and enjoy the home and grounds at your leisure.

Suffern, NY is a beautiful scenic neighborhood rich in history. It is the gateway to the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area and famously hosted General George Washington and other important military leaders during the Revolutionary War. Take a drive around to see famous landmarks, such as Suffern’s Tavern, a base for George Washington and Aaron Burr; and Lafayette Theatre, a 1920’s Art Deco movie theater.
There are also many charming family-owned shops and restaurants in town, serving up all kinds of delicious cuisine from Mexican to sushi.

The great outdoors is available for your enjoyment in Suffern, with an incredible network of hiking trails in Harriman State Park and Bear Mountain State Park, including the challenging 21-mile Suffern-Bear Mountain Trail. Nature-lovers will also enjoy beautiful lakes, rivers, and ponds that Suffern boasts. You won`t be bored with the entertainment options available. Golf courses and equestrian centers are abundant in the surrounding areas. You can also hop over to Torne Valley Vineyards for wine tasting. Bear Mountain and several other ski resorts are all within a short drive. With NYC just an hour away, you`ll have the best of both worlds here in Suffern.

This home`s private driveway has 4 parking spaces, so feel free to come with your own car.
Having your own car also gives you the freedom to explore Suffern and its surrounding areas, or travel to NYC, which is just an hour away.
Uber/Lyft, taxis, and buses are other modes of transport available.


Security Deposit: A deposit equal to 10% of the reservation total will be charged and held securely. It will be fully refunded 48 hours after checkout if the property is left in good condition and all house rules are followed.

All outdoor amenities are only available around May 15 through September 1st; grill included.

Kosher amenities are available upon request.

We do provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and essentials to get you started. However, if you’re planning an extended weekend stay or visiting with a larger group, we recommend picking up some extra supplies to ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.

Ask us about early checkin or late checkout.
The pool is available from mid May to September 1.
Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly, Monday and Thursday.

This house is set up for extended family groups and it is not suitable for rowdy parties. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage.

Please respect our neighbors and drive carefully on the roads nearby. No loud noise is allowed from 9pm-9am.
No smoking allowed. There will be a fine of $500 if the smoking rule was not followed.
