“PositivesThe property is in a nice, quiet and rural area with lots of parking. The house is clean. NegativesWe were told this house had a hot tub. The hot tub was broken 50 of the 60 days we were there. Made multiple requests to have it repaired. It was never repaired. The WiFi is atrocious. The router is in the workshop 300 feet from the house. The extenders don’t reach the main house. The plumbing leaksThe washer smells like mildew The dishwasher is small and leaves dope scum on the dishes...

“Host was great and communication was good leading up to and through our stay. We enjoyed the stay and the amenities. I would say the internet was a letdown, and with its current state isnt really advertisable as internet, it was so slow, you can maybe call and text with it since cell service is poor, but the 5G Tmobile internet was almost unusable, 1 bar of signal the whole stay. In some of the materials I recieved before the stay it referenced Starlink internet, which that was probably decent....
