This is my first time booking thru this way without front desk, i even have to ask the visitor how to unlock the room door because there is no press bottom on ther room door. The room temperature is very high when we got there and have to request to reduce. Not sure you needed to request your desired room temperature before you go otherwise everything is goods, they got everything you needed. ”

“It was a well kept place. A bit small and dated. Next to slopes. Although we did have to go down 3 flights of stairs or more to get down to the creek in order to get to the ski lifts making it difficult with small kids. Very nice views from the balcony”

“This property is located in a quiet area and we appreciated the convenience to Food Lion, the alpine coaster, and the gem mine. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the hot tub. We were however disappointed when we arrived after hours and our door access code wouldn’t work. We had to call the emergency number for Blue Ridge Rentals to have the code reset. Once we gained entry, we were also disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the house. It...
