“New hotel. Sparkling clean and fresh. Overbooked by mistake when we were to check-in, resulting in not getting the room asked for, otherwise no complaints at all. Decent breakfast.”

“Nice clean new hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.”

“Friendly helpful staff. Kitchen was a useful space to use and laundry is available. It is also quite conveniently located to many points worth seeing”

“Sehr sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal”

“This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading.”

“If you book this hotel you must know that reception it’s on the fourth floor when you arrive; what I didn’t like is that in the restaurant the personnel do not speak English, they should have more personnel that speaks English, nice views to the city and the personal was helpful”

“It is a very nice couple runing the hotel. They are very helpful and the house is lovely decorated. The breakfast is smashing, also done with a lot of nice details.”
