“Room was clean and ready when I checked in. Staff was friendly and the location is close to restaurants and shopping.”

“There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”

“Happy hour cocktails heavy apps on weekdays and pasta with grilled chicken on Saturday. Very good food. Breakfast is always good. Staff was awesome!!”

“Always stay at this location when visiting family. Staff is nice rooms are clean. Don't use the pool but the bar is a nice touch to get us out of the room for a while at night.”

“Property is either pretty new or very well renovated. Everything smelled fresh. Breakfast was typical motel breakfast. I wasn’t able to use the gym but it looked nice. The only inconvenience was that I had already done the online check in, which was supposed to save time, but still had to complete the full check in process in person. Overall, one of the best budget motels that I have stayed in.”

“Nice area if you’re doing business outside of Louisville – convenient that it’s right next to a mall which gives both grocery and restaurant options. The staff were extremely friendly and I’ve stayed here on three occasions for work.”
