The Space
This well designed, brand new concrete home offers an open-concept living area filled with natural light and an elegant yet coastal charm. The modern kitchen features gorgeous stone countertops, bar-top seating, and a dining area for six, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Coffee lovers are well covered with a Keurig coffee maker.
For added convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a washing machine and dryer are provided for use during your stay, making longer visits and boating days easy and comfortable. The home is cooled by central air conditioning, allowing for efficient, customizable comfort.

This is a pet friendly home. Up to 2 housebroken dogs allowed with a paid pet fee of $250 per pet. We must be notified at time of booking.
Parking: This home allows parking for up to 2 vehicles plus 1 boat trailer. If you need additional parking please let us know and we can assist in some alternatives.
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
Payment & Booking Requirements
Signed rental agreement and government-issued ID required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive from us after signing your Rental Agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments
This home is equipped with solar power. Combined utilities of water and electric will allow for up to $600 total for both. Guest weill be responsible for any overages.
