Beautiful small home that met our expectations and needs for our 3 night stay in PEI. We loved our day trips to North Cape and Cavendish/Anne of Green Gables land on the East shore and enjoyed Jolly Roger's Cafe and KoolBreeze Farms ice cream in Summerside.

A beautiful home with everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s on a nice quiet residential street, in an ideal spot to get to the waterfront or the shops within minutes by car. We would definitely stay here again ☺️

Location was convenient for exploring Summerside - walking distance to Canada Day festivities. Third bedroom didn't have a bed but we setup a cot.

This property was very clean and charming everything we needed from towels extra blankets and all the cooking items were on site. Check in was easy and the owner was great to deal with.

We absolutely loved our stay at Summerside GEM. Everything was clean and set up so you could stay without worries. It was warm, inviting, we loved it!

Great location, 12 minute walk to downtown. Very clean and cozy home. There is an empty bedroom, so if someone had an air mattress you could technically have three separate sleeping spaces. Would stay again any time I’m in town!

Wonderful house. Everything you could need. Super clean. Plenty of linens. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. 6 foot ling tub for me to soak in. Was here 3 nights, wish it was longer. Do not judge the home by the front porch ( which needs a little work). We used the back door since it has the parking pad anyways. The basement laundry was a bonus. Loved that both bedrooms did not get morning sun so we could sleep in, if we wanted. Super quiet neighborhood. Everything within a mile of this home.

It is an older house although fine for the two of us. There is no air-conditioning on the main level except from floor vents and an oscillating tower fan. The two main bedrooms have a portable air conditioning unit which worked fine. The outside steps that you use to enter the back door need to be replaced. They are too narrow and have raised areas where the pieces of wood have moved over time. The back storm door has a broken latch. The only living room furniture was a three seat couch and one chair so if you have four people it would be cramped to have conversations. Kitchen and dining room were well laid out and everything you needed to cook was available.
