Helt ny Ski in-out lyx Sun Peaks 3 sovrum stadsbostad för vintersäsongen 2019/2020.

Var en av de första personerna att bo i vårt helt nya lyxiga Sun Peaks 3 sovrum Stadsbostad för skidsäsongen 2019/2020. Endast färdigställd i april 2019 i Sun Peaks senaste utveckling "Echo Landing". Vi har superlätt skid-inåtkomst till de helt nya Orient- och Morrisey-stollyftarna.

Njut av den fantastiska utsikten över Mt Morrisey och Mt Todd från vardagsrum, matsal och kök som har 13 fottak, trägolv och en gaspanna. Vårt lyxiga stadshus har ett komplett designer kök, 2 badrum, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, stor LCD-TV, gaspis, automatiserat luftfuktarsystem, garage för ett fordon med internt tillträde och ett stort däck med panoramautsikt över hela Sun Peaks resort.

Vår Sun Peaks 3 sovrum stadsbostad gör att du känner dig omedelbart varm och bekväm med sin lyxiga inredning. Det är 1393 kvadratfot och kan sova högst 7 personer. Matsalen rymmer 6 personer. Gratis trådlöst internet. Den sovande konfigurationen är en king size-säng i sovrummet, 2 x enkelsängar i sovrum 2 och en tvilling över full i sovrum 3.

Bara en kort promenad till Village restauranger, shopping, underhållning och den nya Sun Peaks Center. Året runt rekreationsleder är bokstavligen vid din tröskel. Nordens centrum och spår är direkt över vägen. Om du har barn är kälkparken också direkt över vägen i timmar av roligt.

Vi är en australiensisk familj med tre små barn, platsen för vår stadsbostad och Sun Peaks Resort, erbjuder fantastisk familjeskidning. Vi har väldigt lätt tillgång till skidor i Morrisey och Orient stolar via East Village Way skidlöpning i anslutning till vår stadsbostad. Dessutom är East Village Way en nybörjare för enkel och säker tillgång för hela familjen och åkare på alla nivåer.

Totally Enjoyed Our Time at Sun Peaks

This was our second year and we had a great time at Sun Peaks. Great ski hill and a lovely village with shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend it.

Orient…Express

This unit was located in the next set of townhouses from our friends location where they’ve stayed for several years. We stayed there last year and it was ski in and ski out. This unit requires a 50M walk to access the hill to ski down to Orient or Morrisey. What we liked about this unit was the garage where we could store our skis and snowboards and the hot tub was legit. There are some quarks but it’s probably something communication by me could’ve solved. Good spacing, easy access and great location.

Suitable accommodations

This location was not ski in ski out. It was 300-350m walk to a ski run. The iron frame couch was not usable. So seating for 6 was not comfortable. Beds were excellent.

Overall the property was nice. The ski in/out requires a short walk. The one negative was lack of space for putting on ski boots. The foyer area is small.

Great Location and Host

After a little confusion at check in, but David and his team jumped in to help us out. The location is great, less than a block walk to and from the ski hill. In the garage there were plenty of hooks to hang our gear after our day on the mountain. The hot tub had a beautiful view of the mountains and we really enjoyed the short drive to the village for dinner. We did have two cars with us, which we had to have one car parked at the overnight lot ($15/day and less than a 5 minute walk), but we made it work. We would definitely book here again.

Well presented clean and comfortable home

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The property is clean, comfortable and cosy with beautiful mountain view. It is only few steps away from the Orient ski lift and 10 minutes walk to the village. Highly recommended.

Premium Price Sub-par unit

I’ve stayed at 7 different units at Sun Peaks over the years with my family. I’ve had the chance to hang out in the units of my siblings who rent every year the same week I do. While the place was clean it was by far the least skier or family friendly unit I’ve seen. An excessive number of closets and pantries were locked and only for the owners use. No hooks on the walls to hand ski clothes. The garage didn’t even have a bench to sit on while you put your boots on. I don’t write reviews often but I wanted to put this one up so I remember to take this unit only if it’s absolutely the last one available.

Nice home with great view

100m short walk then glide down to Orient chair. Unobstructed view of Morrisey. For our family of six adults it was just the right size. A little far from the village but still only a pleasant 15 minute along the trail. We love skiing at Sun Peaks and properties like this will keep us coming back.

Townhouse was exactly as described. Well equipped and almost brand new. Communication with David was very quick and he answered all our questions. Townhouse is a few minutes from the main village which gives it privacy. The mountain views from the living room and hot tub were impressive and great to enjoy after our days skiing. Will definitely stay again.

What a great stay!

We had such a wonderful trip and stay in your condo in Sun Peaks. The condo was perfectly appointed, easy to find, ski-in ski-out and we had such a nice time! We loved the location, the hot tub and the access to the ski area and the village. My only suggestion would be garbage cans in the bathrooms and a larger garbage can under the kitchen sink.

Clean, well appointed unit with a spectac view from hot tub.

We had a great experience renting this unit. Extremely comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and a hot tub with a great view of Morrisey and Mt Tod. Heated garage helpful to skiers, incl boot warming unit and ski Rack. Easy access to Morrisey and orient chairs. We will return to sun peaks again.
