Logi Funktioner: Detta 1-sovrum / 1-badrum, 600 kvadratmeter, andra nivå nivå hörnet har fantastisk utsikt och kommer att sova upp till 4 gäster. Vardagsrummet har en vedeldad gaseldad spis, 43 tums flatscreen Smart TV, DVD-spelare och utsikt över SE och mot Dollar Mt. Det finns ett däck utanför vardagsrummet med gasgrill och bord med två stolar för att koppla av och njuta av utsikten över Trail Creek nedan. En queen size-säng Murphy ligger också i vardagsrummet. Matbordet har plats för 4.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, 32 tums plattskärms-TV och utsikt över Mt. Det finns en full storlek badkar med badkar / dusch kombination, singel fåfänga handfat. Stack tvättmaskin / torktumlare ligger i en garderob i sovrummet. Det finns ett skidskåp på första våningen av byggnaden för gästanvändning. OBS! Den här enheten har inte luftkonditionering! Denna lägenhet har tillgång till SV Inn pool och träning anläggning. Komplexa funktioner: Cottonwood Condominiums ligger på Dollar Road tvärs över Sun Valley Village. Den nya Sun Valley Pavilion ligger ca två stadsdelar bort. Detta är den bästa platsen för bekväm tillgång till inomhus och utomhus skridskor, pooler, badtunnor, affärer och mötesfaciliteter. Platsen är känd för sin integritet och lugn, med en blandning av komfort, värme och landskap. Landskapsarkitektur omfattar dammar och strömmar på marken. Skidliftar är 1. 5 miles away och är lätt nås av Mountain Rides shuttle som stannar vid ingången till Cottonwoods. På sommaren erbjuder cykelvägen mil med natursköna cyklar eller vandringsglädje. Det finns en gratis pendelbuss som hämtas vid ingången till komplexet som kommer att transportera dig till både skidliftar på Bald Mountain, centrala Ketchum och till Sun Valley och Elkhorn Resorts.

Great condo in Sun Valley

The property is in a great location, close to the Sun Valley Lodge amenities and the town of Ketchum. It was perfect for our family of three, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the essentials we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Could have been better

If this condo wasn't in Sun Valley, we would have rated lower. The area is awesome, but this property seems outdated. The fan in the bathroom was super loud and rattled. The bed sheets were itchy and not comfortable. The pillows were old and small for a king bed. On the plus side, the 2nd floor balcony had gorgeous views of the fall colors in the trees and the creek outisde was beautiful. This was a last minute trip and our two night stay was so-so. We had a great hiking and hanging out in Sun Valley and Ketchum, but next time we will stay somewhere else.

Cozy condo, suite

I was there for a conference. This location was perfect for me to be able to get between the lodge and the inn. Lots of options for food in the local area. Excellent little balcony in order to view river below and listen to the sounds of rain and watch the sunrise with coffee.

We enjoyed this condo very much. The only suggestion I would make is put in a regular dining room table and chairs as the bar stools and table are not comfortable.

Clean space but creepy neighbors

Short version-condo is very dated but clean. The “condo” directly across the hall had a combination lock on the door (not a realtor style). Out comes two strange and rather creepy guys. Hard to fully describe but my girlfriend and I didn’t feel safe after the short exchange. We chose to not stay there and we let Alpine know.

Blissful Retreat

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this charming condo. The pictures captured the place perfectly. The location was perfect. Easy walk to Sun Valley resort area, and very close to Dollar Mountain. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek. Very quiet location. And the condo was small but mighty, perfect for a couple and supplied with everything we could possibly need. A real gem.

1st time to stay at Cottonwood

Lovely, older unit. Lots of windows/light. Well equipped kitchen, great fireplace & plenty of firewood on the deck. Good bed, overall we were pleased - a real discovery. Have always stayed at the Lodge or Inn, this is much better. A bit of a walk to the pool but glad it was available to us. Kitchen could use some attention & maintenance - microwave turntable doesn't turn; latches on kitchen doors loose; one burner was not operable, light bulb in main room needs replacement; wifi had to be re-set by rental agents; kitchen faucet doesn't shut off properly. All little things, but things that should be taken care of by property managers. The unit is charming and would highly recommend.

A Good Property Except

I stayed at this one bedroom/one bath property in early February of 2021. I usually stay in a hotel in Ketchum/Sun Valley but went with a condo because the CoV-2 pandemic was still ongoing, and I wanted to minimize my contact with other people. The condo was as expected for a unit near the Sun Valley Lodge/Inn grounds. Clean and well-outfitted except for the following: a) instructions for operating the HDTV and combo washer/dryer should have been easily accessible - they were not; b) the microwave was not functional - a disadvantage to not have this valuable kitchen appliance.

Cozy and comfortable

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this unit for a week while attending a conference & skiing at both Dollar Mtn & Baldy Mtn. The descriptions of the unit listed were accurate - the bedroom & master bath were comfy and adequate. While the shower was wonderful, the drain closure did not work so a bath was not possible but this wasn't a big deal. We were just 2 people though the Murphy bed in living room allows for 2 more but it'd be very snug with 4 in this size unit (but economical). Heating worked fantastically though sad to learn upon arrival that since 5/2019, the local fire department has prohibited use of the chimneys (due to damage sustained previously in the complex) so a wood fire was not possible though I'm sure it would have been lovely. Perhaps this can be investigated for future renters to know if it is in fact still a prohibited issue? The kitchen was fully stocked with all varieties of supplies for any cooking needs. The coffee maker is a drip one & worked fine. There was even a hot water heater for tea! There was a small amount of spices but otherwise no condiments or other groceries provided so future visitors bring or purchase whatever you think you'll need. There are 2 main grocery stores in town. Ski locker on ground floor worked out great for storage of skis etc overnight. We took shuttle bus from complex to Baldy & Dollar one day each until we realized just as easy to drive & park ourselves though I do wonder if possible on crowded weekends. It just took > 40 mins one day to get to Baldy vs < 15 mins when we drove ourselves. This is not a ski in/ski out unit, you will at minimum walk 7min to bus stop on the Main Street to get to Dollar which is closest. Misc items - couldn't find the complex trash bins so did have to leave tied up bag of trash for housekeeper. There is no notable recycling bin at the complex nor the unit itself but we did manage to drop off our recycling at a local center independently but it did take extra work on our part to locate & organize. The tv is internet tv compatible so if you have Hulu, Amazon Prime subscriptions etc, you will have many options. The DVD player was a BlueRay though it played a plain DVD we brought so I guess it does both (?). We never ended up using any of the amenities which were available to us at Sun Valley Lodge (gym, hot tub, discounts at horse stable etc) but it was nice to know they were an option. All in all a fantastic stay and would be happy to stay again!

Great little spot

It would be nice if the lockbox was onsite, or at least ask the guest to leave the signed form in the box so we don't have to return the next day for such a silly thing.
