While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like sponges, dishcloths and iron are not always stocked in the home. We are sorry to see there were a couple of big issues for our guest. Due to the previous guests checking out that same morning, we were unable to fully address the carpets prior to this guest's arrival and apologize for the pet stains we were unable to remove. The shower was fixed the same day the guest reported it to us. Again, we do apologize for these things.
