Walking distance to World-Famous Sundance Mountain Resort, with seasonal skiing, biking, and year around activities & magic!

With large window views, a SMEG fridge, & don’t forget the pebbled ice machine!

Enjoy the massive hot tub while listening to the continuous mountain streams next to you. Heated bathroom floor, heated bidet, instant water heater, and SOFT water! We made sure to create a luxurious and intimate space to match the magic of Sundance!

Toast to an anniversary, spoil that special someone or celebrate just being together and feel far away from the rest of the world!

The A-Frame has designated sleeping areas. The downstairs features a cozy sitting area, with a Murphy queen bed and frame TV, with the full bathroom featuring a walk in shower, and heated floors.

The middle level, accessed from the stairs, is the main living room with the full kitchen and laundry and half bath, and access to the large deck with hot tub access and outdoor dining.

The upper loft is accessed by additional stairs, and features the other queen bed. This is also where the additional queen air mattress can be used as well (totaling 3 queen sized beds).

Must be able to comfortably climb stairs. This is a 3 level A-Frame, as well as stairs to access the front door.

Seasonal dining table/chairs is outdoors only* there are food trays (under main level couch) for you to enjoy meals in the comfort of multiple seating areas throughout the A-Frame.

This A frame cottage is a little gem! Don't hesitate to book it! We stayed 5 nights over Valentine's weekend. We felt cozy & comfortable the entire stay. The hot tub is perfect-clean, hot, & relaxing. The kitchen is well appointed & so charming with a beautiful view of the mountain ridge. Hot water never stops! The bedroom at the top is romantic & very cozy. Host provided plenty of towels, coffee, laundry essentials, bathroom essentials, snow-ice salts...Communication with the host was friendly & easy. The house is just a short walk to Sundance Resort. I highly recommend this quaint little house. (However, this house is not the one for folks that can't handle stairs.) Check out: There was a blizzard the day before we left. Being from a warmer climate, we were slightly nervous getting our rental car out. The host checked on us & a friendly neighbor gave us some help that morning. We felt like family.

We loved the location, feeling of being surrounded by mountains and trees, and the close proximity to shops and dining. The cabin was great and we loved the modern touches and updates, while still feeling like a rustic getaway experience. We will return!

Perfect hideaway for UVU graduation

Stunning views, magical little wooded neighborhood, super quiet. Loved the kitchen and the ice maker! The hot tub was a huge fan favorite and the weather was perfect for it. The heated floors in the bathroom were heavenly. I am a huge fan of the bidet, in general, so the fancy toilet was a definite plus, but it was hard to keep the pesky septic tank smell from seeping into the main floor bedroom and sometimes even up to the second floor. Temperature swings from one floor to the next were dramatic. Pro tip: Take the wreath off the front door and move the front porch furniture away from the windows. An aggressive Robin woke us up the first morning around 6am with wing slaps that sounded like someone was throwing pebbles at the doors and windows. He still managed to land on the tiny window ledge and wake me up the next morning but he left much sooner than he did the day before (my wife slept upstairs the second night because of the septic tank smell on the main floor, however, I feel like I managed to control it just by keeping the door shut and the bathroom fan on--but that leaves the light on too). This place was great, and magical and perfect for our needs, but we will not be returning until the septic tank situation is resolved.

Cute & Clean

We had a lovely stay at Sundance A-Frame. It was exactly as described. I loved the cute touches and how updated the property is. The setting is beautiful and the sound of the brook nearby is so peaceful. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful trip. We walked to Sundance Resort every day. I would recommend this property to anyone without mobility issues.

Serenity in Sundance!

A beautifully curated stay. Designed perfectly with great attention to detail this cute little A frame cabin was exactly what we needed. Location was quiet and peaceful and close to the resort and hiking trails. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing mountain getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was a perfect hub for our mountain elopement. We had quick access to trails and restaurants as well as nearby cities Provo and Orem. The cabin itself is updated with beautiful appliances and overall has a super cozy energy. The stairs gave it the signature cabin feel and work great for older children and/or people who have no mobility issues. Everything was clean and well maintained/easy to access! We loved it!

A Frame Sundance

Great place… secret hide away in a beautiful canyon. Walked to Sundance and skied. Great skiing right there. The cabin is beautifully decorated and hot tub is amazing. Kitchen, bathrooms, washer dryer… really, really gorgeous. Comfortable bed. Loved it! And we hope to return soon!

Great A Frame!

Super cool A frame, wonderful amenities with heated bathroom floor downstairs, brand new build. Host was easy to communicate with and all the tech made the check in super easy. Only down fall is the walk to Sundance resort, you have to walk on one of the bigger roads for a little bit to get to the private paths. It can be a little sketchy at night since it’s such a curved road.

Daughter graduation

We came to Utah to attend our daughter’s college graduation and wanted to find a place in Sundance area for fun. This cabin is as the pictures describe… beautiful! The hot tub was bonus fun, the top floor bed was a pillow of comfort and the bathrooms great. The Murphy bed came in handy for our daughter for a night as well. I would just caution that the stairs inside the house are steep and narrow, so if you have any physical issues you may want to pass on this… but we managed well enough. The location was great and just a great getaway as the name implies. The hosts were welcoming and responded quickly. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here and is perfect for a couple or up to 4 people if needed.

Beautiful Cabin, Beautiful Location, Amazing Hosts

Where to even start. I booked a trip to Sundance to celebrate my birthday. I had never been up there before so I was excited to be in the area. The location is just phenomenal, the views are breathtaking. It really is a 5 min walk to the resort where you can ski or snowboard. And the walk is gorgeous. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated, taken care of, and equipped with absolutely everything you need. It is state of the art, modern, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Hot tub is amazing and kept us warm in the snow, we were able to cook a few meals and just overall LOVED our stay. The hosts were so helpful in guiding us with what to be prepared with, so Be sure to rent a car with snow tires/chains if you’re going in the winter and ask the hosts any questions you might have about the stay, they are so helpful. 10/10
