“I was overall happy with my stay at the Fairmont FKL, with one very important exception (listed under cons below). Pros: Close to the gondola, has a nice spa and decent gym. Mostly friendly staff. “We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. “The hotel was beautiful. The stay was great, but the cleanliness of the rooms were terrible. There was red hair all on the walls in the bath tub that do not belong to us. We do not have red hair! Super gross. The previous family that stayed left behind a pink container with a bunch of snacks in containers. How long was that there for I don’t know I could not believe it. I don’t think my room was cleaned and checked before my families stay.”
