“I had to booked to stay overnight. When I arrived. I checked in approx 2045. Went to room. Seemed to be dirty room, as edges of carpet not hoovered. mattress exposed appeared tired. Hallway on 2nd floor smelled of weed and urine. The door just next to mines had been kicked off the hinges. Was wide open with damage. I raised issue with Khizai, I checked out and didn't stay as didn't feel safe. As seems to be shady individuals dealing drugs at the premises. I have messaged for resolution but no...

“Rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but mine was perfectly clean and huge. Bed was really comfortable and temperature was comfortable…there was an additional heater if you needed it. Had a mini fridge which was good (ice machine in the corridor). Only odd thing was that there were no plug sockets anywhere around the bed(s) so had to leave phone charging over the other side of the room.”

“Firstly the positives for the Roker hotel are as follows the parking is good and free with your stay and the staff are lovely a big shout out to Ian on reception he is a lovely guy but positives out of the way the negatives are many firstly the carpet in the passage way is filthy and needs replacing and the chandelier on the stairs is thick of dust with bulbs missing not a good start then onto the room we stayed in well I would say it is show over substance what I mean by that is that the glitz...

“I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment, but it looked fresh.
Had a coffee but was luke warm, could not be warmed up as it was from a machine.
Staff super helpful when I requested to move to a bigger room. Manager was very helpful too.
The only thing that let the hotel down is that the walls and floors could be thicker, a family that were staying seemed to let their children run free, up and down the corridors! Was annoying.
Could not hear the traffic noise at all. Aircon was nice....
