“A lot of varieties for the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Great view. Air conditioner is quiet. Pool is small but great for a dip and then into the jacuzzi. Only problem was the occupants upstairs letting the kids run wild across the floor into the wee hours of the morning. When a member of our party contacted the front desk, they notified the party to keep the noise down. ”

“We enjoyed our room and being able to look out over the river. What we did NOT enjoy was the breakfast. We were told that breakfast was served between 6:00 and 9:00. We arrived at 8:30 and found that there were no scrambled eggs left and no sausage. We asked a lady there about it and whether she could prepare more but she said that it was their policy to not cook any more food after a certain time so there would be no waste. A number of people came in after we did.”

“We booked a room for one night. There are only 2 hotels in Othello Wa. We chose the Quality Inn from the photos. This hotel was anything but quality. Carpet was filthy dirty! The sheers behind the curtai were torn, yellowed and hanging. I do not recommend this hotel. The Othello Inn probably would be a better choice.”

“We booked an accessible King Suite but arrived and were asked to go upstairs (no Elevator) two months in advance. We requested a King Room on the Ground Floor and the Manager didn’t want to accommodate our need. The Front Desk Clerk overrode this decision and gave us a King non-Accessible room on the ground floor. At least we were able to access our Room.”
