“They did not have the double beds we requested so we ended up in a suite King. While the suite space was nice it was very dated. Curtains torn, back of the couch peeling ect….We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and only had house keeping clean the room once. They did not replace the coffee or even empty all the garbages. Basically they made the bed and emptied the main garbage. Great location but the hotel is not worth the cost. ”

“The hotel and grounds were clean. The room was very neat and clean. But, we only had one wash cloth for 2 guests. The phone on the stand blinked all night causing a bit of a disturbance to our sleep. In addition, there was alot of early morning loudness just after 6am inside the hotel with doors slamming and it sounded like the guests in the room above us were rolling something across the floors or continuously dropping something very early. These reasons caused us to check out before 9am. ”

“Great apartment "hotel" with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a apartment complex this is more of a home than a hotel. In a quiet area with walking distance to bars and resturants and with an assigned parking space next too the building. The place is clean but don't look too close on the upper shelves. “Decent room. Outdated restroom ,AC units too loud . Spent $60 on typical “complementary” breakfast at other places. Payed a little over $300 for 1 night. I expected better. Staff was ok ”

“The check in process and parking process is unusual but worked put fine. The apt is stocked well and i appreciate that the sitting area and t.v. are separate from the bedroom. We had an issue figuring out the ac. The location is ok to one side the Phoenix area seems run down but in the other direction are high rises and newer bldgs and restaurants. ”

“This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! ”
