The house is located near downtown of Sunnyvale City. Sunnyvale City is in the center of Silicon Valley, which is close to all the famous high tech companies like Google, Apple, Amazon, Linkedin etc.

You will have the entire private newly renovated unit on the 2nd floor. 2 Bedrooms with 4 beds, suitable for 4 adults, maximum 6 adults, cozy and comfortable to stay.

There is a big redwood tree in the yard, offering you a comfortable shade area to read and relax.

The check in process is easy and the location is very convenient. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean but a few misc. notes. There is no tissue being provided, we have to go shopping for tissues. We can only find three coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinets (we have 4 people). The Keurig cup was left in the brewer (not sure how long it has been there). Since we are not sure the brewer has been cleaned or not so we boiled water for the instant coffee which we bought. In general, it was a lovely place to stay.

Terrific Property in Sunnyvale

We stayed in Unit/Apartment 3. This was a very nice 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit with a full kitchen and a pleasant living-room area with a comfortable sofa and TV. Communications with the owner/manager were easy and they were responsive to questions. Check in was easy. There is a dedicated parking space which was nice. The property is as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. It is also close to food markets and stores and easy access to major roadways. I would recommend this anyone needing a stay in this area including nearby Palo Alto and other locations. I would stay here again.

A nice apartment

The apartment was a good size with two nice bedrooms and two nice bathrooms, beds were comfy. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants which was convenient; nice parking in the back yard. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks!
