You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and mixer alongside a complete set of cookware - saucepans, stockpot, frying pan, baking and cookie sheets, and a full 9x13 baking pan. Dinnerware, glassware including wine glasses, and a full knife block are all included. Grilling utensils are on hand for when the outdoor season calls.

Three smart TVs throughout the unit support streaming services. WiFi is provided through Spectrum with the router located in the living room near the TV.

A full washer and dryer are in the unit - a genuine luxury when you're staying long enough to actually unpack.



Outdoor



The community outdoor pool sits behind the buildings with a view overlooking the lake and is accessible from the parking level. It operates seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is no grill or fire pit at this property.



Community Amenities



Lakeside Lookout is part of a quiet resort community with access to the seasonal outdoor pool. The pool area backs up to the lake, giving swimmers and loungers one of the better views on the property. Pool access is from the parking level.



Guest Access:

Check-in is simple and self-guided via coded smart lock. Parking accommodates 2 vehicles in the paved lot at the base of the building. Please note that reaching the unit involves approximately 30 steps and 3 flights of stairs from the parking lot, and buildings are numbered to help you find unit 4C. Your host is available if questions come up, but most guests find everything they need right at the property.

Sunrise Beach sits right in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks corridor - which means you're never far from something worth doing, whether that's a leisurely morning on the water or an evening out for live music and lakeside dining.
