“Clean, well kept home with a great floor plan. Beds were comfy. The house was well stocked, just needing a few more measuring cups/spoons. Having access to the garage was handy to store our paddle boards. Great location if you are wanting to float the river.”

“Great 2 bedroom condo with everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and tennis court were major pluses for us. The pool was not busy but the SHARC was packed. Lucky us we didn't need to go to the SHARC! Their were 4 adult working beach cruiser bikes...we brought our little guy's bike so we had what we needed. In fact, we biked every day and saw deer on every ride we went on. Loved being upstairs where no one was walking above us. We saw deer from the back deck across the bike...

“This house was perfect for our family reunion. The location is great - short bike ride to fort rock park & the village. The house is clean, well appointed and really spacious. ”

“We enjoyed Tom's well-appointed house and the quiet view of trees for our autumn stay. The house was well-stocked and it was nice having the separation of bedrooms from the rest of the house after the kids went to bed. Tom was also a very responsive host. (Thank you!) We enjoyed our stayat Sunriver (the brewery and pool were true highlights) and, even during shoulder season, found a lot of great activities to explore: High Desert Museum, Smith Rock, Bend, etc.”

“Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm.”

“I loved having laundry available and was able to eat pizza in our room with a table for 4. I didn't like that my reservation for a second day was not able to happen. It was for a different room and I forgot which day because my original reservation was done so early. It would of been nice if they could have confirmed the days when I first checked in. Overall it was my fault that it didn't happen and not the PInes at Sunriver. ”
