“The hotel was great. The room was great. The front desk staff not so much. They tried the old bait and switch tactic, saying my room , a queen suite which I had already paid for, was no longer available (it was only 3:15pm). After I insisted they double check they were able to “find a room”. ”

“There was only a $20.00 deposit! Room was very clean, modern, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, cookware, small walk-in closet basically a modern studio apartment . Bed was very clean and comfortable even the breakfast was great (bacon &eggs). Only 17 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. Location was great not a lot of traffic.”

“The bed was extremely comfortable, the TVs in the room are bigger than in most hotels, the black out curtains are a plus. The breakfast was disappointing considering the price of the room. Hotel and our room was extremely clean. I would still give this hotel a 5 star rating even though the breakfast was disappointing. Water pressure was really bad . And there were no bugs of any kind. Would stay again ”

“Beautiful new property in a stunning location. The room design and layout are among the best I’ve stayed at. My only quibbles are with the bathroom “door” - ditch the glass barn-style door and replace it with something that affords more privacy and that doesn’t cause a racket when opening and closing. The coffee delivery timing is also off - it varied from 7 to 8 a.m. during our four night stay. This simply doesn’t work for folks who are up and out the door early. ”
