“When looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville, everything was too expensive for my short trip so I chose The Star on Spring in Springdale which is literally down the street. It was so convenient! The hotel is on a side street in a cute town square area. Plenty of food options and shopping in walking distance. The hotel check in is easy with a code to the front & back door as well as the room. The hotel was very clean and stylish and looks fairly new. No windows inside the room made sleeping...

“The hotel provided a standard experience. The room and amenities were adequate, and the stay was generally comfortable. I would staying here again in the future.”

“I can’t give this hotel anything positive than the location. Dirty, old, bad service and nothing good at all to say. We checked in late and was given two light balls to change ourselves we the bedding lamps wasn’t working. Day two we didn’t get our cleaned, we had do not disturb on our door until 10.30 am…! Then we we out all day. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. If you aren’t in Springdale to literally sleep 7 hours and then on the road again, I wouldn’t stay here. ”

“We got the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for a family traveling. The continental breakfast is not much, but available. Location is good, just a short drive from some really great food in the area. ”

Somewhat shabby outside physical appearance. Cold breakfast. Unhealthy Coffeemate creamer for coffee which itself was ok. Adequate and safe appearing parking right outside one’s door. The television and room phones were not working and staff indicated this was a common problem. Really? Was overpriced for such minimal offerings. Would...

“There was roaches and fleas. The cleaning was horrible there was hair on the toilet with dry pee. Hair in the shower and what looked like mold in the fridge and cabinets. I was shocked and very disappointed. The staff was rude and unprofessional when I tried to bring it to their attention. Never again will I be back.”

“Traveled with newborn and the ac was out. No technician on site and would have to travel from another town. Couldn’t stay in the room and all rooms were booked. Would not recommend.”

“Needs updating badly. Walls are thin and tuff to sleep first night for a gamer who had sound up high. Manager corrected it. Still a musty smell with cigarette smell. Price was good just Wish it was more updated”
