âPros: Excellent property with amazing staff all around. Top tier breakfast. Breathtaking views of sunrise/sunset from the rooftop. Very all inclusive feel with amentities offered. VERY secure. Key card access required to even enter floors with guest rooms within elevator.
Cons: Minor agitation with housekeeping. Nothing crazy but it did feel like the 'refresh' done on our room every 2 days left something to be desired. The last refresh let me know I was right in my thinking because it was done...
âBeing under construction at the time, the outside didn't at first glance mirror the beautiful rooms & views. Starting with the newly renovated, stunning decor, fresh smelling office which offered flavored water & fresh baked cookies. The staff all around were friendly & very helpful. âWe booked this because of its four stars and for the surroundings but was very dispointed - its not at all a four star establisment - It feels more a two or max a tree star
Our room was dirty and our beddings had stains and for sure the rooms was small. The aircondition was broken so the sound was so noicy and even when we turned it of it didnÂŽt stop sounding! I accually tried to find another hotel the first night but there are not so many options out there!

âThe bed was extremely comfortable! I just think they should put two full or queen beds in each room instead of one king. If I wouldâve taken my grandkids or sons, I donât think they would want to sleep in the same bed with their grandma! Ha Ha I was by myself, so it was OK. That would be my only complaint.â

âStay with great hotel was wonderful. A historical accents inside were a great touch from the original hotel. Only gripe I have would be there was no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, the stay we had for our anniversary in the King balcony room was wonderful.â
