Would like to praise Parmeen, Muskan and Anushka for their hospitality. Forgot the staffs name at the dining area. Excellent service. If I have to pick one draw back - then its AC - it went off when we came back to the resort.â
âAmazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing .
Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain.â
âHeritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. â
âIt was a pleasant stay at Avadale.
Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave.
He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better.
Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side)
Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac.
And again on the cross check done on the day of check in of the time of arrival.
