The whole family/group will enjoy this stylish and centrally located home that is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Duluth, MN and Superior, MN. With ample space to spread out, your group will be able to comfortably explore all that the Northshore has to offer without sacrificing your comfort and proximity to everything that is great about the area. The primary guest must be 24years old and be willing to provide copy of valid ID card before, or at check-in time. Must be 24years old.
The main guest must show/upload a copy of their valid ID Card before or at the time of check-in. 1. No Shoes in the house! 2. No Loud Parties! 3. Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am. 4. You will be charged for damaged sheets, towels, and any items that you break or damage. 5. No Extra Overnight Guests are allowed without approval from the Host(costs extra $25.00/guest). 6. Be courteous and clean up after yourself, and take out the trash. 7. No Smoking/vaping in the house!
