"First I have to admit that the location couldnât be better. On the beach in the wall to the Old Town. We stayed at the hotel. Our room with a balcony and a view over beach and ocean. If they understood guest relations at all they would have a good review but probably they donât need good reviews because of the location. We booked the best room included breakfast and prepaid and during check-in they told us that we also had 10% off at the restaurant. To get the 10% we need to show that we lived at the hotel. We didnât expected that or asked for 10%, we were just offered 10% off. Late for eating lunch we decided to take the offer and have a small lunch. When the waiter arrived with the drinks we showed that we were staying at the hotel but they told us we were to late. YOU HAVE TO SHOW THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER! Just checked in at the hotels best room I was a little surprised and didnât accept. Instead of a nice 10% off they tried to steal 10%. Well in a very bad mood the waiter told me he gave me 10% from his own money. Later in the room I found an A4 sign âItâs mandatory to present the breakfast card before ordering, if you do not register that you are a guest of the hotel, you will pay the total cost. OK itâs not mentioned it must be before ordering and it didnât make me feel good or welcome. I already paid for the breakfast in advance and now I as a guest need to behave in a certain way to receive what I already paid for."
