The Lake



Just steps from the house is your private Kezar Lake waterfront, complete with a sandy beach and seasonal summer dock.



Spend the day swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or relaxing by the water while listening for the lake’s namesake loons. In the evening, head back to the house for dinner on the deck and drinks around the firepit.



The waterfront is located just across a quiet dirt lane that also serves as a walking path. It is not a through road and has very limited local vehicle traffic, serving only a small number of homes farther along the lane.



The House



Inside, an open kitchen, dining, and living area gives everyone plenty of room to spend time together. Large windows fill the home with natural light and bring the lake scenery indoors.



Relax on the screened porch, enjoy the deck and grill on warmer days, or settle in by the fireplace when the temperatures drop.



The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable living spaces make the house equally suited for a quick weekend escape or a longer stay.
