âLovely place to stay. Each room has its own front door onto the car park. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The food and drink in the pub is really nice and the breakfast is brilliant. Will stay again if in the area. â

âSpent two nights as a couple with a small dog. Totally relaxing break on the banks of the River Trent. Stayed in one of the adjacent cottages (no 14). Excellent. Only niggles were that although the bathroom had been recently refurbished, the extractor fan was not working and there was nowhere to hang a towel. Bathroom had the best shower I have ever used. Talk about a whoosh!
We ate both nights in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good. Food and drinks reasonably priced....

âThe hotel was really pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast was up to a very high standard. Receptionists and hotel staff as well as cleaning ladies were very friendly and extremely service minded. All in all my sister and I spent a lovely time there and would highly recommend this hotel. The price was reasonable and not to forget the warm water swimming pool and its surroundings. Would like to go back one day within next few years.â
