“Elevators were broke; night clerk was very hard to understand, but did accommodate with room on the first floor. Hotel is pretty beat up and showring wear. Cleanliness was average to slightly above. This property is NOT in keeping with what I usually see from Comfort Inns. ”

“As usual, clean and proper. Free washing machines and washers, and that is great when you are on a 3 week roadtrip :-) Nice staff and as usual , nothing to complain about. Location is not great but good enough to get to whatever you need.”

“I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. “As other reviewers mentioned, hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a great selection - better than at other hotels in this price range. My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself. I am not sure there is anything the hotel could do to prevent this but please use caution when getting into the tubs. “The king bed was super comfortable! The room was pretty great except for a couple things. The bathroom door is like a rolling slide door. It does not seal and there are huge gaps. Anyone in the room can see through the 3” gap while you are showering or listen to you go to the bathroom. It was clean except for the roll out bed for our child. That had a big yellow urine stain. “Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....
