“The room was wonderful but the uncleanliness of the casino really brought the ratings down the beverage station was messy and the labeling on the sweetener and creamer were missing cups there were strewn around. The slots were very unclean with beverage cups stacked in each other and the ashtrays were overflowing. I won’t be returning or recommending the casino to anyone. The Cherokee need to get a handle on that or they will lose more business than ours. Pocola Casino was excellent and...

“Was great except there wasn’t a broom or mop available. Had to go buy my own. Also 5 towels for two people wasn’t enough. The contact person did have the grill fixed right away when there was an issue. I will recommend this place to family and friends. We also plan to stay here again. ”
