âFrom start to finish, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The thoughtful touch of providing refillable water stations was both convenient and eco-conscious.
Dining at Ongetem was a highlightâthe food was absolutely outstanding. The bed was so comfortable, I genuinely wished I could take it home with me! The hotel's central location made exploring the area effortless.

âBoth med and my colleague gave our business card and specifically asked to get the company details on the invoice. Next day they had not done so and it was an 20 min wait in order to get it added. Perhaps not the worst thing that could happen but we got the feeling that the check in people didn't want to add it themselves.
The rooms we got were facing inwards which was not nice.
The toilet seat were worn out and was peeling off.
The water in the shower were filling up on the floor.

Overall a good experience - superb breakfast, and everything else you can expect from a Holiday Inn hotel.
Our double bed room was also quite spacious.

"Great hotel in Waterfront. Nice rooftop bar. Nespresso maker in the room. Expensive breakfast not worth the price though. And close to a really nice restaurant Den Aker. It was so nice so we ate there twice."
"I had an unfortunate experience during my stay when I injured my foot on a small sharp object that was sticking up from the floor just outside the bathroom.
While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter. "
